We are a USDA Registered Farm and working on Organic Certification with all sustainable practices already in place. The Piedmontese Cattle that we are raising are a special breed from Northern Italy. They contain a gene that reduces their fat and cholesterol to half that of other breeds once pasture fed on legumes, clover, and high protein grasses. Our hogs forage naturally in our woods.
